Nature at it's Finest with Louise Body!

I am delighted today to feature British wallpaper designer Louise Body. It is clear to see why her work has such visual appeal and why her success has gone from strength to strength. Louise graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Ba (Hons) in Fine Art before specialising in wallpaper design where her real passion lied.

Garden Birds

Louise's original iconic collection includes beautiful bluetits, delicate wire birdcages and cherry blossom. Like myself, Louise admits "I have a bit of an obsession with birds" Sourced Louise Body. Louise's designs contain a real feminine and vintage colour palette of pastel spring like shades. The textural mark-making qualities add depth and quirkiness to her designs. If only I could have these cute little birds fluttering throughout my home!

Delightfully her wallpaper designs are nature friendly, only printed on paper sourced from managed forests with water based inks. Louise also recycles where ever she can incorporating vintage fabrics and trimmings into her beautiful interior range.

I particularly love her new mosaic tiling wallpapers that have an antiqued and naturally irregular appearance to them. I could imagine them originating and endlessly repeating throughout a quaint cafe or little autumn garden.
