Emerging Design Talent: Justine Aldersey-Williams

Today I would like to share with you the coloufrul work of Justine Aldersey-Williams, an enthusiastic surface pattern designer and illustrator with a BA (Hons) in Printed Textiles/Fashion from John Moores University, Liverpool.

I love the simplistic nature of Justine's work, she delicately combines solids shapes and silhouettes with fine line work and texture to create interesting layered designs. Justine's feminine colour palettes beautifully reflect her whimsical approach to surface pattern design. "I am inspired by being outside and am renowned for having a child-like appreciation for nature. My creative style is light-hearted, naive and nostalgic." Sourced

Justine is a recent graduate from the groundbreaking e-course 'The Art & Business of Surface Pattern Design'. This inspirational course is co founded by the very talented surface pattern designer Rachael Taylor and entrepreneur Beth Nicholls.
